Fields of work

As a psychotherapy trainee under supervision, I operate from the fundamental premise that communication is our primary human need; it is essential for our survival and emotional well-being. Every unit of recognition we direct toward another – whether it is a smile, a nod, or a word – is referred to in Transactional Analysis as a “stroke”. These are the “food” for our psyche. However, it is vital to understand that the success of this exchange, and how the message is received, is determined solely by the receiver.

My approach is based on understanding these unconscious communication patterns, as well as exploring the deeper emotional roots and causes that lie beneath the surface of our challenges. Through therapeutic work under supervision, I provide support in addressing the following areas:

RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGES

  • Identifying and transforming patterns that lead to frequent conflict.

  • Learning assertive expression of personal needs, desires, and emotions.

  • Overcoming the avoidance of difficult conversations and accumulated misunderstandings.

  • Processing feelings of alienation and reconnecting in intimate relationships.

  • Emotional support during separation and divorce processes.

  • Establishing healthy boundaries and learning how to say “no”.
