Tako kot je pomembno sestaviti dobro ekipo, jo je treba tudi vzdr\u017eevati. \u010ceprav je prva asociacija na team building skupinska fizi\u010dna aktivnost, kot so izleti, se ta praksa razvija in zasnovane so nove vrste team buildinga, ki ne le povezujejo zaposlene, temve\u010d si prizadevajo za razvoj njihovih prednosti.
