Organizacije so odvisne od svojih timov &#8211; v svetu, kjer se vse tako hitro premika, informacije nastajajo in se \u0161irijo s svetlobno hitrostjo, okolje pa je veliko bolj dinami\u010dno kot prej, je treba imeti dober tim s kakovostno projektno organizacijo, ki deluje skupaj. Produktivnost in rezultati dela so neposredno povezani z odnosi v ekipi &#8211; delo bo trpelo, \u010de bodo posamezniki nezadovoljni in bodo imeli te\u017eave drug z drugim. Gallupova raziskava, ki je avtoriteta na tem podro\u010dju, je pokazala, da ima komunikacija v timu pomembno vlogo, vloga trenerja pa je, da jo spravi na kakovostno raven, ki bo zagotavljala produktivnost in prijetno sobivanje. Delujo\u010da ekipa bo vedno presegla cenenega posameznika &#8211; skupaj smo mo\u010dnej\u0161i. V samem timu je pomembno medsebojno spo\u0161tovanje in priznavanje pozitivnega prispevka &#8211; to ne sme biti le vertikalno (od delodajalcev do zaposlenih), temve\u010d tudi horizontalno (med zaposlenimi), tako imenovano &#8220;Recognition &#8211;
