Z vseh strani smo preplavljeni z informacijami, novostmi in novicami, ki nas utesnjujejo in vplivajo na na\u0161e zdravje. Ob koncu 20. stoletja so ta pojav nove dobe poimenovali svet VUCA \u2013 <strong>Volatility<\/strong> (nestanovitnost), <strong>Uncertainty<\/strong> (negotovost), <strong>Complexity<\/strong> (kompleksnost) in <strong>Ambiguity<\/strong> (dvoumnost). Vedeli smo, od kod izhajamo in kam gremo. Ne samo to, pot od to\u010dke A do to\u010dke B je bila jasno dolo\u010dena tako kot na starih cestnih zemljevidih, kjer je bila v vidnem polju prikazana celotna pot od za\u010detka do konca, to\u010dka B pa je bila ves \u010das dobro vidna.<\/p>\n<p>Danes je cestne zemljevide nadomestila navigacija GPS, v prenesenem in dobesednem pomenu. Na zaslonu ni ve\u010d prikazana celotna pot in in jasno viden cilj, ampak poznamo le svojo trenutno to\u010dko A in najve\u010d en ali dva zavoja, ki sledita. Pojma nimamo, kaj nas \u010daka in kam bomo pri\u0161li, in le te\u010demo \u0161print za \u0161printom. Tak\u0161en na\u010din \u017eivljenja resno \u0161kodi na\u0161emu zdravju, zato je pomembno, da skrbimo za dobro po\u010dutje. Dobro po\u010dutje je pravzaprav harmonija med \u010dlovekom in okoljem.<\/p>\n<p>Obstaja pet glavnih vidikov osebnega zdravja: <b>telesno, \u010dustveno, socialno, duhovno in intelektualno<\/b>. Za poslab\u0161anje dobrega po\u010dutja je dovolj, da ena od teh sestavin ne deluje &#8211; brez enega od delov sestavljanke ni mogo\u010de ohraniti sre\u010de in zadovoljstva z \u017eivljenjem. Zato je pomembno, da ukrepamo, preden se na\u0161e du\u0161evno zdravje poslab\u0161a, redno vzdr\u017eevanje je klju\u010d do dolgoro\u010dnega zadovoljstva, tako kot telesno zdravje. Du\u0161evnega zdravja se je treba lotiti, preden nas stres, tesnoba ali skrb zlomijo, splo\u0161na harmonija pozitivno vpliva tako na na\u0161o prihodnost kot na sedanjost.
